Horse Meat
Product Description
Horse meat is a lean and nutritious type of red meat. It has low fat content, high protein (up to 20%) and easily absorbable iron. In Kazakhstan, horse meat is considered a traditional delicacy used to make products like kazy, shuzhuk, karta, zhaya.
